fix: replace *Swipe right for files* with *Open the left drawer for files* ( #1712 )

* fix(strings): Replace `msg_swipe_for_files` to account for cases when when it is impossible to swipe for opening a side drawer
* fix(strings): Change `err_cannot_determine_package` to say "application" and not "app"
* fix(strings): Shorten `ru-rRU/msg_drawer_for_files` to make it look better
