Akash Yadav b69fa9d401 Fixed some minor bugs 
- Backup before implementing terminal
- Fixed shebang issue in Gradle executable
- Clean all binary files in JDK (earlier it only cleaned binaries in bin directory)
- If the CodeEditor is not editable, do not show cut and paste options in text action mode
- Some more changes
