Move files deployments to Wrangler, make CLI and desktop own their publishing destinations, add direct-download update metadata and desktop feeds, and refresh installation docs.

# Services

Independently deployed services supporting OpenCode live here. Runtime packages
|
|
and clients live in `packages/`.
|
|
|
|

These directories are Bun workspaces. Run package commands from each service's

directory. Repository-wide Turbo commands discover them through `services/*`.
